I’m pregnant, what products can I use?
As a precaution, we advise mothers to avoid using beauty products containing a large quantity of essential oils during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
Hygiene products are less concerned by this recommendation as they are rinsed off after use.
Generally speaking, Melvita care products contain few essential oils (apart from specific products for slimming, massage, legs or feet).

How long can I use a Melvita product for after I’ve opened it?
All our products contain the following small pictogram:
The number on the pot (3M, 6M or 12M) indicates the number of months for which you may use the product after opening it, according to the usage and storage instructions indicated on the product.
Are organic beauty products as effective as traditional cosmetics?
Yes, organic cosmetics use natural components, mostly from organic farming, that are just as effective and objectivised as synthetic components.
Many Melvita products have been proved to be effective in tests and have won awards in competitions designed for organic, natural and traditional cosmetics.

I’d like to test your products before I buy them. How can I go about this?
Following a large number of requests for sample products to be sent for testing purposes and in order to meet all our customers’ requirements, we no longer send out samples.
However, you may receive free samples when you place an order on our website or discover our products by visiting one of our distributor shops:

I have ordered something on your website. How can I track my order?
Go to “My account”. First enter your identification details, then access your account history.
If you want to monitor the delivery of your parcel, simply click on its number and you will be re-directed to our carrier’s website.
I am not satisfied with the product I have bought. What should I do?
You may return the product to us within 7 (seven) days of receiving it. We will either offer you another product in exchange or a refund. You are responsible for paying the return postage.
